Crayola Stain Removal Guide

in Household, Keeping it Clean, Kids

La Jolla Girl received 2 Silly Putty eggs in her Easter Basket.   About a month ago, I discovered that some Silly Putty got really massively ground into our nice sofa.  It’s chenille and it was purchased in our pre-child days. It was a dumb purchase since it was more money than we should have paid for something that in the future would be abused (though lovingly) by a child.

I Googled around and found a Crayola Stain Guide on the Crayola website. It’s listed almost every product they make. I didn’t know Crayola made Silly Putty. I’m not too wild about their suggestion to use WD-40 on my expensive sofa so I haven’t done anything about the silly putty yet. But their other tips for stain removal will be very useful, I’m positive.

Let’s hope you never need to use this, right?

This is good to know. We have a nearly two year old grandson. (He was our first grandbaby. Now he has a baby brother!)
