My cousin keeps up with new trends and products because of her job. She emailed me a link to Morning Chicness Bags. I loved these bags from the moment that I saw them. Very, very clever and certainly something I can relate to.
Morning Chicness Bags were developed by a mom, Tara Ramos, who suffered from Hyperemesis Gravidarum during her pregnancy. If you don’t know what this is, be grateful. I’m going to tell you anyway though – it’s EXTREME nausea and vomiting that can easily land you in the hospital dehydrated. If you’re super unlucky, you can feel this way for the entire 9 months. Anyway, Tara was vomiting up to a dozen times a day and constantly looking for vomit bags to carry with her. Then Morning Chicness was born. I always admire people who think of clever things.
I had morning sickness for about 4 months and it’s a terrible feeling to be out somewhere and then suddenly have the urge. There’s a wave a panic that used to set over me which included thoughts like “where is the nearest bathroom/trash can/outdoor spot?” or “can I make it home?” or “what’s in my bag that I can hurl in to?” Luckily, I never had a public incident but it was close, many times. It’s was very stressful because I’d walk out the door feeling totally fine and, therefore, unprepared though I would have put Morning Chicness bags in my purse for sure if I would have known about them. For me it was ALL DAY sickness as I’m sure if was/is for many of you.
Morning Chicness bags are morning sickness bags that you won’t feel embarrassed to carry. They are almost too stylish for their actual purpose. They are compact (measuring 5″x3″x9.5″ when opened), very light weight and very affordable. A polyethylene lining prevents leaks. There is nothing worse than grabbing a shopping bag or similar for this purpose only to discover it has a hole in it. These bags are also eco friendly because they are biodegradable. They have a tabbed closure so you can roll down the top and close the bag prior to disposal. No one will know you just tossed vomit into the public trash can (unless they saw you heave). :)
Morning Chicness Bags are multipurpose! I plan on using these bags next time I host a baby shower. They would make VERY cute bags to hold favors or wrap small presents in. Plus they will be a talking point amongst the guests, I’m sure. You aren’t just limited to pregnancy, however. Since these bags are waste bags, they can be used for motion sickness, the flu or someone suffering from side effects of a medication. You can be the most stylish dog owner at the doggy park too! Now switch your brain out of the vomit/waste department. If you’re a baker, these would be great bags to put in treats (like brownies, muffins or cupcakes) or send home leftovers that might leave other bags greasy. Keep an assortment of patterns on hand next time you have a party. Looks great when you mix and match.

Oh my these are funny and cute! I can’t imagine being sick in one but I would much rather have these in my purse than a very obvious barf bag! Sorry it’s been awhile – stopping by from SITS and I am already a follower!
My favourite pattern is Bambooboo!
These bags look like they’d make great decorative lunch bags!
I’d use the Labor of Love bags as lunch bags.
LOVE the Labor of Love. Thanks for the chance. mogrill@comcast.net
They’d be great to conceal a pooped diaper until you can get it to the trash can, for example if you’re at the park.
I forgot the bag I like is Baby Bubbles.
I subscribed via email. Good luck to all.

The lavendar lulu is absolutely my favorite! I think they’d work great as ‘gift bags’ around Christmas time to put candles, lotions, etc. in and give as gifts!
