I don’t use my crystal stemware, because I don’t want to hand wash it. The glasses are also so expensive that it would cause me heartache if one broke. So they sit in boxes, never to be seen. The stemware we currently use is glass, but ailing with some odd streaking that I can’t seem to get rid of. I needed new glasses, but hadn’t found any that excited me until now.
Tiffany & Co. now offers a reasonably priced stemware series that’s made out of glass. I saw them while looking at their website in preparation for an in store event. Yes, I can now tick breakfast at Tiffany off my bucket list. The first thing I did was buy a dozen of these red wine glasses. They wrapped them up for me with incredible care and I can even re-use the packing material for Christmas shipping.
I truly applaud Tiffany & Co. for keeping up with the times. I know very few people these days that entertain with crystal stemware. I look for high quality at a reasonable price and these definitely fit the profile.
These glasses are dishwasher safe. I even double checked with a sales associate. Here are some of the options. All retail for $15 each.
Red Wine Glass: 22 ounces (pictured above)
White Wine Glass: 15 ounces
Martini Glass: 8.5 ounces
Champagne Flute: 8 ounces
Dessert Wine Glass: 5 ounces
Don’t get me wrong, I do love their high end crystal and sterling silver and have some sprinkled throughout my house. I just thought I’d share my fun find with you. For more joyous finds, here are some other photos I took of the morning:
This is HipMamaB with a gorgeous Tiffany Blue handbag. Retail price: $16,500. These handbags were specially brought in so we could see them.

Part of the Paloma Picasso collection. I was particularly taken by the mesh necklace in the back. You can “tie” it like a scarf and it would look awesome with a black dress.

This ring on Jen Boyd’s hand speaks for itself.

One of the Tiffany & Co. diamond key necklaces in Lola Goetz’s hand. It’s much more stunning in real life.

Mommy Loves Coffee and HipMamaB checking out the big bling.

I hadn’t been into this Tiffany & Co. in ages and I was happy to get reacquainted with it all. Thank you Tiffany & Co. for hosting a fabulous event!

15 bucks? Nice to know!
I love Tiffany — totally out of my price range on most things but I have the initial pendant in silver and I love & wear it every day. I need to get my “w” for my last name — that’s on the wish list for some day.

Am so greatful for your review on the Tiffany glasses! Thank you for the heads up! I need to get a couple gals together and get out to our local Tiffanys also. It’s only 10 mins away, and in last 3 yrs haven’t gone in. I LOVE the AQUA bag dangling on your arm… were you modeling or did you splurge?! Isn’t it gorgeous?! I would love to do some photos at mine also for the new blog, but don’t know how friendly they will be about it. Here’s hoping!

Not me with the purse and no I definitely didn’t buy it.
The color was amazing, however. Do go to the store and ask if you can snap a few shots. I was surprised actually since I had lived in Hong Kong and heard they were strict about photos as their designs are so easily knocked off.

I’m usually not one for square diamonds, but I did try on the same ring that Jen did. It was gorgeous. Loved it. I didn’t even look at the price tag. Probably would love it a little less if I knew how much it *really* was.
Also, I liked that key a lot. It wasn’t quite as fancy as some of the others, but something about the cutouts caught my eye. That, and I love old keys.
