San Diego Children’s Discovery Museum is throwing a party and celebrating the 25th anniversary of its Escondido neighbor, Westfield North County, with an interactive, commemorative art project, “Artist for the Day.” Artists of all ages are welcome to join in the fun from 1-5 p.m. on July 9 and 10 and help decorate colorful tiles, which will be assembled to create a wall-size mural.
