I am always on the hunt for a really good organic wine that is good enough to be served to guests.  I’ve purchased quite a few and been more often disappointed than not.  I do buy Organic Well Read Wine for La Jolla Dad to drink at home when we don’t feel like opening something more expensive, but other than that I had not yet discovered an organic red wine that we really liked. La Jolla Dad and I drank it and both thought it was surprisingly good, for the price.  Smooth without that sort of violent acidic thing that a lot of cheap wines have.  We both poured a glass and let it sit (unintentionally) for about 10-15 minutes.  Thought it might a fluke [...]
