Clif Family Winery is the Wine Wednesday theme for today. Last week, I posted solely about the winery itself, because I loved reading about their environmental efforts. I bought this wine at Costco but have seen it on the menu at several local restaurants. I can’t remember how much I paid but at VONS, it’s $11.99. Albarino grapes have grown in northwest Spain and Portugal, close to the cool breezes of the Atlantic Ocean, for over 900 years. It’s becoming a popular white wine favorite in the US.
