Are your kids in need of a haircut?  La Jolla Girl sure is.  I’ve been holding out to take her to Stacey’z Salon this Sunday for the semi annual Cut-A-Thon Fundraiser.  Proceeds will benefit Kate Sessions Elementary School Art Department.  Last year they were able to raise $500 but this year the goal is to double that.

No appointments are necessary as kids will be taken on a first come first serve basis.  The hours of the Cut-A-Thon are 10am – 3pm.  Girls haircuts will be $15 and boys will be $10.  There will be plenty to do should you have to wait a little bit, plus there are going to be fantastic raffle prizes!  Also the La Jolla Holiday parade will be later in the afternoon so you can make an entire day out of it.  Fun!

Thanks very much to Mad Science of San Diego, Kid Ventures and Extreme Pizza La Jolla for their donations.  There are more to come.   Thanks also to Nicole of Stacey’z for organizing (she’s donating a cut and color too). If you would like to donate a product or service to the raffle, please contact me at info(at)lajollamom.com.

Stacey’z is located at 7527 La Jolla Blvd or you can find more details online at www.staceyzsalon.com.
