I thought this was a very clever idea. These are coasters that you can hang on a bottle neck when you bring a bottle of wine to a party or give wine as a gift. We were introduced to this gadget at a friend’s house. I just finally remembered to buy one and am so glad I did. You hold it over your wine glass and pour the wine in to it. The wine is aerated before it hits the glass. A mediocre bottle transforms into something much more drinkable.
