Curate eBay Collections To Support March Of Dimes: #ImBornTo Travel
As the world becomes a more visual place, eBay (sponsors of this post) now gives users the capability to create themed collections containing must-have or bucket list items.
Everyone was born to do something great, so there’s a win-win opportunity to share what you were born to do in an eBay collection and help raise money for March of Dimes at the same time.
#ImBornTo Travel the World in Style
I enjoy making my collections travel-related because in the event an auction sells out or expires, like items are shown as options. I’m always in the market for discounted gift cards to places I’m going anyway.
I once snapped up a Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts gift card at a discount. The difference in savings meant free room service breakfast for us!
I bought the Bose QuietComfort 20i headphones yesterday at the mall to use on our various train rides within mainland China. I tested them in the store (they are in-ear and awesome) and the second I walked out, I thought to myself, “You know, there is probably a brand new pair on eBay that’s cheaper.”
Low and behold, I save $44 plus sales tax on the entire purchase by buying the same headphones on eBay. Check out more stuff in my current favorite collection called #ImBornTo Travel the World in Style.
Share What You Were Born To Do
eBay and March of Dimes want to know what you were born to do. Were you born to write? Play an instrument? Read? It doesn’t matter what your collection theme is as long as you were born to do it!
Right now, if you create a new collection eBay will donate $1 to March of Dimes (up to $25,000). It is so, so easy.
- Log into eBay.
- Find an item you like.
- Click “Add to Collection” which is right under where you’d add an item to your wish list.
- Name your Collection or add the item to an existing one.
PLUS, one lucky eBay user will win a $5,000 eBay shopping spree! Click on Curate for a Cause for more details.
Leave Your Collection Links In A Comment
