This slider recipe is amazing! Plus, because the beef is cooked in a slow cooker using three ingredients, it could not be an easier appetizer (or main) to make for a crowd.

How to Make Blue Cheese and Onion Sliders

blue cheese onion slider recipe

Basically, all you do is combine three ingredients together in a slow cooker–including Campbell’s Tavern Pot Roast Slow Cooker Sauce–and leave it on for 7 hours while doing other things. Then, assembling the sliders involves adding blue cheese, onions (cooked in the slow cooker), a dill pickle and lettuce to a roll.

It’s so delicious! We have a big Super Bowl party every year so I’m getting a jump on the menu which typically involves a variety of finger foods. This is definitely going to be served because it passed my daughter’s taste test as well as my husband’s. We enjoyed it for dinner earlier in the week paired with a green salad. There is no need to add condiments like ketchup and mustard, but you could if you like.
