You can get rates for and book many of these hotels online, 24 hours a day. That way, you don’t need to wait for us to provide rates for you.
Virtuoso can be a little tricky, however, because some hotel booking pages do not have mobile versions. It’s not ideal, I know. If you’re using a laptop or desktop, you’ll never notice this.
However, if you’re using a mobile device, you may need to follow the steps below.
The bottom line: If you’re using a desktop computer, the process is easy. If you’re on a mobile device, that’s when you’ll follow the steps below.
Some hotels, like Four Seasons, cannot be booked online through Virtuoso. We’ll provide these rates for you manually.
Steps for Using Virtuoso.com on a Mobile Device
First Steps On Any Device
- Search for your preferred Virtuoso hotel.
- Select your hotel and navigate to its Virtuoso page.
- On desktop computers, you will likely see a booking widget that allows you to enter check-in and check-out dates.
Sometimes, your hotel page may have a red button that says “Check Rates and Availability.” You’ll click the red button to get to the booking widget in the above screenshot.
If you cannot see a booking widget, you’re probably on a mobile device. Go to #4 below — otherwise, if you see a booking widget, skip to step #7.

If you’re on a mobile device and do not see a calendar widget that allows you to put in dates and book, follow these steps to activate the desktop version of Virtuoso.com.
4. Scroll down to the navy blue section at the bottom of the Virtuoso hotel page.
5. Click the link that says “Full Site.”
6. If your hotel offers online booking, you’ll now see a booking widget. Now, you’ll be able to enter your dates.
This is where you activate the Full Site on a mobile device after scrolling to the bottom of a hotel page.
Final Steps on Any Device
7. Search using the number of adults traveling to be sure to get the correct price. I’ll add on any kids after you book.
8. Choose a room and click the red “Book” button.
9. You’ll be prompted to log in or create a new Virtuoso account. You will see the lowest rates after logging in.
10. Book your hotel! We’ll be notified and will follow up with you.
