One of the most frequently-asked questions landing in my inbox these days is whether I’ve heard certain San Diego attractions will or will not be open in the coming weeks. My intention is to keep this post updated with the latest information as it rolls into my inbox.
We are living in a rapidly-changing environment so it is prudent to check with the attractions before you go. The San Diego Tourism Authority is also maintaining an always up-to-date page about travel to San Diego that I recommend bookmarking and checking frequently. I give you access to discounted tickets and may be compensated if you purchase any using my links.
San Diego Zoo: Open
San Diego Zoo Global is a nonprofit organization so money spent in either park does directly to the care of the animals and staff in addition to their important conservation initiatives (of which there are many). They are going to need our support more than even when they reopen.

San Diego Zoo Safari Park will also reopen on June 20.
