We were introduced to this gadget at a friend’s house. I just finally remembered to buy one and am so glad I did. You hold it over your wine glass and pour the wine in to it. The wine is aerated before it hits the glass. A mediocre bottle transforms into something much more drinkable. No need to let the wine “breathe”, you can drink wine straight after opening the bottle and no need to bust out a hard to clean decanter. Wine.com says it’s the most efficient aerator out there. It’s incredibly easy to use. Here’s the official description:
