How to Request Your Complimentary Reservation Review

To start your complimentary hotel reservation review, please provide your booking details and ensure your reservation meets the conditions below.

  1. Submit Your Booking Information:
    • Forward your original hotel confirmation email to contact [at] lajollamom.com. This is usually the easiest way.
    • Ensure all key details are included: Whether in the forwarded confirmation or your accompanying email, please make sure we have:
      • Travel Dates
      • Number of Adults & Children (with ages of kids)
      • Specific Room or Suite Type Booked
      • Total Price (including all taxes and fees)
  2. Flexible Rate: Your booking must be a refundable rate that can still be cancelled without penalty. This is crucial so changes can be made if beneficial.
  3. Timeliness: Please contact us at least two business days before your penalty-free cancellation deadline. This ensures there’s time to compare and act if our offer is better.

What Happens Next

We’ll analyze your booking against the benefits available through our network.

  • If Your Current Booking is Best: We’ll tell you to keep your reservation as is.
  • If We Can Offer More Value: We’ll outline the advantages and the specific perks you’d receive. Depending on the hotel, we’ll proceed in one of two ways:
    • Add Benefits to Your Existing Reservation: We can sometimes add our VIP perks directly to your booking with your written permission.
    • Rebook Through Us: It may be necessary to rebook through our program to secure the benefits.
  • You’ll get a new confirmation detailing your rate and applicable VIP benefits.

Once your booking includes our benefits, you’ll gain access to our full pre-travel and post-travel support.
