LEGOLAND Florida offers three Annual Pass tiers — Silver, Gold, and Elite — and while the pricing differences are relatively small, the benefits gap between them is significant. Parking alone can change which pass makes sense for your family, and details like blockout dates, Bring-a-Friend tickets, and included Merlin attractions add up quickly.
As a travel advisor who helps families plan Orlando-area vacations and save on theme park tickets, I break down LEGOLAND Florida Annual Passes regularly. My goal here is to help you choose the right one without overpaying or missing out on perks your family would actually use.
Key Takeaways
Understanding the LEGOLAND Florida Resort Parks
Before comparing passes, it helps to know what’s included in the resort. All annual pass tiers include admission to all four parks.
- LEGOLAND Florida Theme Park: The main park, designed for kids ages 2–12, with over 50 rides, shows, Miniland USA, and the new Galacticoaster indoor coaster (now open). Open year-round with occasional midweek closures during slow seasons.
- LEGOLAND Water Park: Located inside the main park with slides, splash zones, and a build-your-own-raft lazy river. Seasonal — typically closed during winter months.
- Peppa Pig Theme Park: A separate gated park near the main entrance, designed for preschoolers. Gentle rides, themed play areas, and character meet-and-greets.
- SEA LIFE Florida Aquarium: An aquarium featuring marine life and LEGO-themed exhibits. Open year-round.
LEGOLAND Florida Annual Pass Tiers
LEGOLAND Florida offers three Annual Pass tiers. Each adds more flexibility, better discounts, and fewer restrictions.
- Silver Pass: Entry-level annual access to all four parks with blockout dates and paid parking.
- Gold Pass: Unlimited admission to all four parks with no blockout dates, free standard parking, 2 Bring-a-Friend tickets per year, and admission to 4 Orlando-area Merlin attractions.
- Elite Pass: Everything in Gold, plus admission to 30+ Merlin attractions nationwide (including LEGOLAND California and New York), the highest discount rates, 4 Bring-a-Friend tickets per year, and 50% off covered and valet parking.

Which Pass Makes Sense for Your Family?
Here’s a closer look at each tier and who gets the most value.
Gold Pass (sale: $219 / full: $259)
- Best For: Families planning multiple visits who want flexibility and free parking.
- Ideal Visits: Any day the parks are open with no blockout dates.
- Parks Included: LEGOLAND Theme Park, Water Park (seasonal), Peppa Pig Theme Park, and SEA LIFE Florida Aquarium, plus admission to SEA LIFE Orlando Aquarium, Madame Tussauds Orlando, The Orlando Eye, and LEGO Discovery Center – Atlanta.
- Parking: Free standard parking is included. Upgrade to Covered Parking at 25% off when pre-purchased online.
- Discounts: 15% off food, hotels, FasTrack, VIP tours, and cabanas. 10% off retail.
- Bring-a-Friend: 2 free guest tickets per year, distributed twice per year with specific booking and travel windows.
- Key Consideration: For driving families, this is the sweet spot. Standard parking runs $35+ tax per visit, so the free parking alone can save $70+ across just two visits which more than covers the $30 price gap over Silver at the current sale price. The 4 included Orlando-area attractions are a bonus most families overlook. If you’re already in Orlando, SEA LIFE Orlando and The Orlando Eye are easy half-day additions that you’d otherwise pay separate admission for.
Silver Pass (sale: $189 / full: $199)
- Best For: Families on a tight budget who can plan visits around the blockout calendar.
- Ideal Visits: Most days, but check the blockout calendar before you go. If you need to visit on a blockout date, you can buy a discounted day ticket for just $25.
- Parks Included: All four parks — LEGOLAND Theme Park, Water Park (seasonal), Peppa Pig Theme Park, and SEA LIFE Florida Aquarium.
- Parking: Not included. Standard parking runs $35 + tax per visit.
- Discounts: 10% across food, retail, FasTrack, hotels, VIP tours, and cabanas.
- Bring-a-Friend: Not included.
- Key Consideration: The lowest upfront cost, but between blockout dates and paid parking, the savings narrow quickly. At the current sale prices, the gap between Silver ($189) and Gold ($219) is only $30. Gold includes free parking worth $35+ per visit. If you’re visiting more than once and driving, Gold pays for itself immediately.
Elite Pass (sale: $249 / full: $349)
- Best For: Families who travel frequently, want zero restrictions, or plan to visit other Merlin attractions beyond LEGOLAND Florida.
- Ideal Visits: Any day the parks are open. No blockout dates.
- Parks Included: All LEGOLAND Florida parks plus admission to 30+ Merlin attractions nationwide including LEGOLAND California and New York (with free parking and in-park discounts at both), SEA LIFE aquariums, Madame Tussauds locations, and LEGO Discovery Centers across North America.
- Parking: Free standard parking, plus 50% off covered and valet parking when pre-purchased online.
- Discounts: The highest tier — 20% off food, hotels, FasTrack, VIP tours, and cabanas. 15% off retail.
- Bring-a-Friend: 4 free guest tickets per year, distributed quarterly with specific booking and travel windows.
- Key Consideration: The nationwide Merlin access is the real differentiator. If your family will visit a SEA LIFE, Madame Tussauds, or another LEGOLAND park within the year, Elite can pay for itself beyond just the Florida visits. Elite passholders also get free parking and in-park discounts when visiting LEGOLAND California and LEGOLAND New York.
About Bring-a-Friend Tickets
Gold and Elite passholders receive complimentary Bring-a-Friend tickets throughout the year. These are dated multi-park tickets with specific booking and travel windows.
- Elite: 4 tickets per year, distributed quarterly (1 per send).
- Gold: 2 tickets per year, distributed twice per year (1 per send).
- Available to passholders who purchased or renewed on or after November 18, 2025 (both paid-in-full and monthly pay).
- Tickets are not issued immediately after purchase.
- Limited to your home park (LEGOLAND Florida if you bought your pass there).
- Not valid for passholder previews or special events.

Insider Tips for Passholders
A few strategies that can save money beyond the listed pass benefits.
The “One Gold Per Vehicle” Strategy
This works the same way as the strategy I recommend for LEGOLAND California.
Instead of buying Gold or Elite passes for every family member, put one Gold or Elite pass in the car and give everyone else Silver passes.
- Parking is charged per vehicle, not per person. One Gold or Elite passholder in the car means everyone parks free.
- Discounts apply to the whole transaction. The Gold or Elite passholder’s discount rate covers the entire bill when they pay.
With standard parking at $35+ tax per visit, this approach pays for itself quickly. At the current sale prices, Gold is only $30 more than Silver. So one trip with free parking nearly covers the upgrade.
Try Before You Buy
Not sure an annual pass makes sense? Visit on a day ticket first. LEGOLAND Florida gives you a $100 credit toward one Annual Pass for each purchased ticket. You must upgrade within 30 days of your visit at the Ticket Window (not online), and all guests must be present for photos.
Note: This is a flat $100 credit, not the full value of your ticket applied. If your day ticket cost $75, you still get $100 off the annual pass. If it cost $130, the credit is capped at $100. Check the FAQs for details. (This is different from LEGOLAND California, which lets you apply the full ticket price toward a pass.)
Water Park Seasonality
The LEGOLAND Water Park is seasonal. In 2026, it’s open from February 14 through November 1, with daily operation only during the summer (late May through late August). Outside of summer, operating days vary. Check the park calendar before your visit.
No Reservations Required
No reservations are needed for any annual pass tier. Check the park calendar for operating hours and blockout dates (Silver only), and you’re good to go.

Annual Pass vs. Day Tickets: When the Math Works
For Tourists (1–3 Day Visit)
If you’re visiting LEGOLAND Florida once as part of an Orlando vacation, day tickets are almost always the better deal. Kids tickets start as low as $39 with the purchase of a full-price adult multi-park ticket, and multi-day hotel packages often include park admission.
For a two- to three-day visit, run the numbers. Once you add parking per day ($35+ tax each time) and multi-park access, a Gold Pass at the current sale price of $219 can approach or beat the cost of separate day tickets for repeat visitors who drive.
For Florida Residents and Driving Families
This is where annual passes make the most sense. With parking at $35+ tax per visit, Gold typically becomes cheaper by the second visit for families who drive.
Passholders also get the flexibility to make shorter, low-pressure visits that allow them to leave early for a thunderstorm, pop in just for Peppa Pig, or split the parks across multiple trips rather than cramming everything into one day.
Monthly pay is available for Florida residents who prefer to spread the cost, though it requires a 12-month commitment and costs more overall than paying in full.
My Recommendation
- One-day visitors: Buy discounted day tickets.
- Two to three days: Run the numbers. Gold may already make sense once parking is factored in.
- Florida residents: Annual passes almost always win. Gold is the sweet spot for most families.
LEGOLAND Florida Annual Pass FAQ
These are the most common questions families ask about LEGOLAND Florida Annual Passes.
Can I upgrade my LEGOLAND Florida Annual Pass to a higher tier?
Yes. You can upgrade during any visit at the Admissions window, Water Park Admissions, or Guest Services (in The Beginning). You’ll pay the difference between pass prices. Only paid-in-full passes can be upgraded, and monthly pay passes cannot. The upgrade doesn’t extend your expiration date, and all family members must be present for new photo IDs. Upgrades are not available online.
Do passholders receive renewal discounts?
Yes. Renewal pricing is lower than new pass pricing. You can renew up to six months before your pass expires and up to 30 days after. You can renew at your current tier or upgrade to a higher one. Monthly pay passholders must cancel their current pass and start a new contract to access updated benefits.
Is Brick-or-Treat included with an Annual Pass?
Yes. Brick-or-Treat and other seasonal events (Holidays at LEGOLAND, LEGO NINJAGO Weekends, LEGO Festival, Red, White & BOOM!) are included with valid Annual Pass admission, subject to any blockout dates on your tier.
What’s the best age for LEGOLAND Florida?
The park is designed for children ages 2–12. Kids under 2 get free admission to the theme park. Children aged 2 and older need a ticket or an annual pass. Adults and children pay the same price for annual passes.
Can I use my LEGOLAND Florida pass at other LEGOLAND parks?
Silver and Gold passes cannot be used at other LEGOLAND parks. Elite passholders get admission to 30+ Merlin attractions, including LEGOLAND California and LEGOLAND New York, plus free parking and in-park discounts at those resorts.
Are monthly payment plans available?
Monthly pay is available to Florida residents only. It requires a down payment, a one-time processing fee, and a 12-month minimum commitment. After the initial 12 months, payments continue on a month-to-month basis until you contact them to cancel. Monthly pay passes cost more overall than paying in full, and they cannot be upgraded to a higher tier. The current annual pass sale pricing does not apply to monthly pay purchases.
Do Florida residents get special discounts?
LEGOLAND Florida runs seasonal promotions (like a BOGO offer for Florida residents and the current “save up to $100” sale), but doesn’t always have a standing resident discount on passes. Monthly pay is exclusive to Florida residents. The most consistent savings come from the annual pass itself.
The Verdict
Choosing the right LEGOLAND Florida Annual Pass comes down to how often you’ll visit and whether you’re driving.
- One-time visitors: Discounted day tickets are the best value. Don’t buy an annual pass for a single trip.
- Two or more visits with a car: The Gold Pass pays for itself quickly with free parking, no blockout dates, and solid discounts. At the current sale price, it’s only $30 more than Silver — and Silver doesn’t include parking. This is my recommendation for most families.
- Frequent travelers and LEGO super-fans: The Elite Pass delivers the most value if you’ll use the Merlin attractions network or want the highest discounts and complete flexibility.
With the right pass, LEGOLAND Florida becomes a low-stress, flexible membership rather than a one-off theme park expense — especially now that Galacticoaster has opened, adding another reason to come back.
