Kennedy Space Center military discounts recognize the bravery and sacrifices of hard-working military members and veterans. The discounts are available for active-duty military personnel upon showing a valid ID at will call. You can see online that the price is currently $70/adult and $60 per child before taxes and fees.
Reservists, retirees, and active-duty military can also receive discounts at their MWR/ITT office.
10. First Responder, Teacher, and Government Employee Discounts
Many professionals are eligible for special discounts on Kennedy Space Center admission. For example, government workers and first responders can score up to 30% off entry fees by buying tickets with their ID.me accounts.
This option is also available to educators — but because teachers enjoy so many other opportunities to save, it’s best to check alternative options before taking the ID.me approach.

These Florida resident discounts appear once in a while. A recent offer included a coupon valid for four 1-Day tickets. The price was $159 plus taxes and fees for visits between May 1, 2024–August 18, 2024.

13. Brevard County Resident Discount
During the Salute to Brevard, the Kennedy Space Center offers discounted admission for Brevard County residents on specific October dates.
To get these cheaper tickets, residents must show a valid ID or a utility bill with their address. The buyer must live in Brevard County but can bring up to six friends from other places.
Discounted Salute to Brevard admission costs $19 for adults and $14 for children before tax. Attendees are encouraged to donate non-perishable food or hygiene products to Brevard County Sharing Centers.

The Kennedy Space Center provides excellent learning opportunities for students nationwide and worldwide.
For example, University of Central Florida students get specially-priced Kennedy Space Center tickets through the SGA Ticket Center. After taxes, UCF students pay just $27 per person. Plan for parking. While rideshares and buses are available, most visitors drive to the Kennedy Space Center and park in one of its onsite lots. Parking costs $5 for motorcycles, $10 for automobiles, and $15 for RVs and oversized vehicles. Annual passes provide complimentary parking.

You can buy Kennedy Space Center tickets online or at the gate. If you purchase directly, you will choose a date to visit. Some authorized ticket sellers sell good-any-day tickets that don’t require you to choose a specific date.
Do Kennedy Space Center tickets sell out?
It’s a pretty big place, so while, of course, there is a maximum capacity, it rarely sells out. Tours, however, do sell out, so if you’re interested in a specific ticket add-on or tour, you’ll want to purchase it as soon as possible.
Can I see an actual rocket launch?
You’ll get a heads-up about rocket launches and other special events if you’re a member. However, the Visitor Complex is the best place for the public to see a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral when they occur.
If there’s one happening on the day of your visit, just be aware that some of the attractions in the Visitor Complex might not be open during your visit.
What About Sam’s Club discounts?
Right now, the Sam’s Club discount is $75 plus tax per adult, which is more expensive than option #1 above, which doesn’t require any membership.
