How Booking Through Us Works

Luxury hotels set aside a few things for guests who arrive through an advisor they trust: a better room when one is open, breakfast for two each morning, a credit to spend on dinner or the spa, and a team that knows who you are before you check in.

We book Four Seasons, Rosewood, Hyatt, Mandarin Oriental, and thousands of other hotels this way, through the hotels’ own programs and Virtuoso.

There is no fee for any of it. You usually pay the same rate you would pay the hotel directly, you still earn your loyalty points on most stays, and we stay on the reservation from the day it is made until you check out.

I lived in a Four Seasons Hotel for almost five years, and I have been booking hotels this way for clients for over a decade.

What Happens Next

1. We answer by email, and if we need anything else to price your stay, we ask.
2. You get the rate, the benefits, and the cancellation terms for the hotel you named, from whichever of our programs fits it best. Rates and availability change often, so nothing is guaranteed until the reservation is confirmed.
3. You choose, and we book it with the benefits attached.

If the hotel you want is not in a VIP program, we can still book it, and we tell the hotel it is our reservation, which carries weight in a lot of places.
