From the ruins of Greece to flamenco in Spain to the Christmas markets of Germany, Europe has something for every type of traveler and every taste. We lived in London and spend a lot of time traveling all over the continent. We love that you can experience multiple cultures, languages, and cuisines in just a short visit. Europe with kids can be easy, too. Take them anywhere you want, but we find London and Paris the most common family destinations. Tour companies these days specialize in family-friendly outings like scavenger hunts in The Louvre (we’ve done this). There are beaches, museums, historic sites, castles, markets, outstanding restaurants, easy (and not-so-easy) public transportation and so much to explore.
