BOGO bundles pair one paid adult ticket with one free child ticket, so the trick is most useful for families. After adding a BOGO bundle to your cart, navigate back to the standard ticket page to add more tickets to the same checkout. Larger families still get the BOGO discount on each adult-child pair and pay standard rates only on the extras.

3. NYC Bus + Ticket Combo
If you’re coming from Manhattan and don’t want to drive 60 miles north, the bundled bus-and-ticket combo skips a rental car and the $35-plus-tax on-site parking. Coach USA runs a direct route from the Port Authority Bus Terminal at 42nd and 8th Avenue. The ride is about 90 minutes each way.

Savings are modest and vary by date. Undercover Tourist’s lowest advertised “from” rates ($84.18 adult / $67.34 child) only apply on the cheapest dates, so check both sellers for your specific visit before booking. The convenience of the bundled bus + ticket is the real value, not a dramatic discount.
4. Go City Sightseeing Passes (NYC Tourists)
LEGOLAND New York is included on Go City’s New York sightseeing passes. If you’re already planning to visit Manhattan attractions like the Empire State Building, Top of the Rock, or the major museums, your sightseeing pass covers LEGOLAND admission as part of the same purchase.
LEGOLAND New York appears on three Go City products:
- New York All-Inclusive Pass (formerly The New York Pass): unlimited attractions over 1 to 10 days
- New York Explorer Pass: pick 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, or 10 attractions to use over 30 days

Goshen Residents
Residents of the Town of Goshen, NY get 50% off standard single-day tickets. The discount applies to gate prices and requires proof of residency at the ticket window. This is one of the deepest documented discounts available for any LEGOLAND New York audience.
Visitor Tips for First-Timers
The park reopens for the 2026 season on March 27, 2026. The headline new attraction this year is the indoor LEGO Ferrari Build & Race experience, where guests build their own LEGO Ferrari and race it on a digital track.

Getting There
LEGOLAND New York Resort is at 1 LEGOLAND Way, Goshen, NY 10924, about 60 miles northwest of Manhattan in the Hudson Valley. By car, it’s roughly 90 minutes from Midtown depending on traffic.
By bus, Coach USA runs direct service from Gate 409 on the 4th floor of the Port Authority Bus Terminal (42nd Street and 8th Avenue). Departures are at 8:30, 9:30, and 10:30 AM, with returns at 3:45, 5:00, and 6:15 PM. The ride is about 90 minutes each way.
Parking on site is $35 plus tax for general parking, or $55 plus tax for Preferred Parking in Lot B (closer to the entrance). Pre-paying online is recommended.
Best Age Range
Like LEGOLAND California and Florida, the park is designed for ages 2 to 12. Older kids and teens can have a fun day, especially with the new LEGO Ferrari experience and roller coaster, but the core ride lineup is best for elementary-aged kids.
Heights and Ride Restrictions

Sunscreen and a refillable water bottle are essentials for summer visits, with free water bottle refill stations located throughout the park. The resort is fully cashless, so bring a credit or debit card or use Apple Pay. New York’s no-single-use-plastic-bag law applies to retail purchases, so bring a reusable shopping bag if you plan to visit the Big Shop.
Trade Minifigures with Park Staff
The Model Citizens (LEGOLAND’s costumed staff members) wear LEGO Minifigures on their nametags and will trade with any guest who brings their own. Minifigures must be complete (head, body, legs). Four official trading posts are located at Mini Market, Creative Workshop, the DUPLO Baby Care Center in LEGO City, and Smuggler’s Haul. A free and surprisingly engaging activity for kids of any age.
Rainy Day Promise (Weather Guarantee)
If rides close for more than 120 consecutive minutes due to weather, or if the heat index reaches 110°F, LEGOLAND activates the Rainy Day Promise (also called the Experience Promise). Your existing ticket becomes valid for one return visit within 365 days, with a reservation required for the return visit. Note: parking is not included in the promise, and the promise does not apply to passholders or education groups.
Fastrack (Line-Skip)
Fastrack is LEGOLAND New York’s optional paid line-skip program (the same product name used at LEGOLAND California and Florida). Pricing starts at $28 per person before tax. Annual Passholders save 10% (Bronze), 15% (Gold), or 20% (Elite) when purchasing online in advance. Worth it on summer weekends and school holidays; usually unnecessary on shoulder-season weekdays.
DUPLO Baby Care Center
A full-service DUPLO Baby Care Center in LEGO City has changing tables, nursing areas, and supplies. Changing stations are in all park restrooms. Quiet rooms in the Guest Services area have sensory swings and dimmable lighting for kids who need a low-stimulation break.
Mobility and Accessibility
Most park attractions are accessible to guests using wheelchairs or who need special services, with shops, restaurants, and show venues ADA-compliant. Many rides have special compartments for guests with mobility needs. The Assisted Access Pass lets you hold your place in line virtually via the park app instead of standing in physical queues, useful for guests with sensory or mobility needs that make queueing difficult.

Anyone advertising “$35 LEGOLAND tickets” online is almost always referencing an outdated promo, a different LEGOLAND park, or a misleading listing. Is there a working LEGOLAND New York promo code right now?
There is no public promo code for LEGOLAND.com as of April 2026. The discounts in this guide are baked into the listed prices, not unlocked by codes. The BOGO offer (see #1) doesn’t require a code either, the discount applies automatically when you select the BOGO ticket type. If a third-party site is asking you to enter a discount code, verify the source before trusting it.
Do you have to make reservations to visit LEGOLAND New York?
If you have a date-specific 1-day ticket, no. If you’re visiting on an open-date pass or as an annual passholder, yes, reservations are required and can be made through the LEGOLAND New York website. The reservation system has been stable in 2026 with capacity rarely sold out outside of major holiday weekends.
