Which method you choose depends on whether you will only be visiting SeaWorld San Antonio or spending a day at Aquatica San Antonio and Six Flags Fiesta Texas. Multi-park tickets can offer substantial savings, as can vacation packages that bundle your hotel stay with SeaWorld San Antonio tickets.

SeaWorld San Antonio is open daily during peak dates and on weekends during off-peak dates. Always check the calendar to see what the opening dates and hours are before you go.

Opening times fluctuate. Some days opening time is at 10:30 a.m., while other days, during the holiday season, the park opens at 1:00 p.m. However, it’s imperative that you check the calendar before you go and that you make a reservation in advance on the day you’d like to visit.

It’s always wise to check the health and safety measures before you go. Currently, the park does not mandate proof of vaccination for entry, and wearing face masks is also not a requirement.

Normal gate prices for single-entrance SeaWorld San Antonio tickets are around $102.83 for ages 3 and older. Kids under age 3 are free. If you would like to visit SeaWorld San Antonio Aquatica, expect to pay around $75.76 at the gate. All prices range depending on the day.

You will save money by purchasing admission tickets and experiences online in advance. Keep in mind that if you purchase tickets directly through SeaWorld, a $9.99 service fee and taxes apply.

There are four main categories of SeaWorld San Antonio tickets: Single-Day; 2-Day, 2-Park; 3-Day, 2-Park; and Any Day Ticket. Within these categories, you can choose whether you’d like a same-day or advanced-purchase ticket.

One popular ticket upgrade is All-Day Dining which does add value, but you understand its limitations and how to use it. All tickets include rides, shows, and attractions.

You can also buy various ticket upgrades, such as a Quick Queue pass which permits priority entry to select attractions.

The most important thing to do is read all terms and conditions before purchasing SeaWorld San Antonio tickets to make sure that they meet your expectations.

SeaWorld San Antonio parking is not included in the price of tickets and can be purchased in advance. General Parking starts at $34.

Spend at least a full day at SeaWorld San Antonio to make the most out of your visit. This is the biggest SeaWorld park in the United States.

SeaWorld San Antonio offers Quick Queue passes that provide guests with express entry to rides and priority seating at shows. Yes. Right now, SeaWorld San Antonio is scheduled to be open on weekends in January, including the Martin Luther King holiday.

No. SeaWorld San Antonio tickets are not refundable. However, if you have a ticket, you can change your reservation within 24 hours of the original secured reservation date by calling 407-545-5550.

Multi-park tickets can be purchased directly through SeaWorld Antonio which also includes adjacent Aquatica San Antonio when it is open for the season. It’s not a SeaWorld Entertainment park, but you can also bundle tickets with Six Flags Fiesta Texas.

SeaWorld San Antonio’s food policy says that you can bring bottled water and small snacks (2 oz. portion size or less). Hard and soft-sided coolers, alcoholic beverages, and larger food items are prohibited. Some exceptions can be made for people with dietary restrictions so when in double please speak to a guest relations representative.

There are many places to eat inside of SeaWorld San Antonio though so rest assured that you won’t go hungry. But, you can also keep food inside a cooler in your car and eat at one of the designated picnic areas just outside the front gate. Be sure to have your hand stamped before exiting the park in order to re-enter.

SeaWorld San Antonio is a marine mammal park, oceanarium and animal theme park that is the largest of the three SeaWorld parks. Highlights include roller coasters and marine life that includes beluga and killer whales.

Aquatica San Antonio is a separate gated water park that is adjacent to SeaWorld San Antonio. Water slides and activities like Stingray Falls pass through animal habitats. The water park is open on select days between March and September.

No, SeaWorld San Antonio does not offer student discounts for individual students. However, they do offer youth programs, including discounted admission and meal vouchers for groups of 15+. Picnic packages are also available for groups with 50+ guests. Special rates apply for active military members and groups with 100+ guests. 

SeaWorld San Antonio offers a free SeaWorld Teacher Card that includes unlimited admission to SeaWorld San Antonio. Registration date closes on March 31, 2024.

Right now, SeaWorld San Antonio is not offering any deals for first responders. However, they routinely do offer discounts for First Responders, including a deal that expired in 2019. Check back in before your next visit for the most up-to-date deals.

1. Direct From SeaWorld San Antonio

Of course, you can buy SeaWorld San Antonio tickets through their website, which occasionally has special promotions or flash sales.

You’ll pay a $9.99 service fee and tax for online orders. However, same-day tickets are usually more expensive and you will usually save money by purchasing your SeaWorld San Antonio ticket in advance through their website. Whether the service fee adds significant cost or not depends on how many tickets you buy.

You can add the All-Day Dining deal to your ticket which includes 1 entree, 1 side or 1 dessert, and 1 regular-sized non-alcoholic beverage each time you visit a participating restaurant, up to once per hour until 30 minutes prior to restaurant closing time. You’ll need to show a valid ID and your ticket each time you dine.

As a reminder, the available parks include SeaWorld San Antonio and Aquatica San Antonio (Seaworld’s waterpark which is adjacent to it).

2. Discount Single and Combo Park Tickets

aRes Travel is an authorized SeaWorld San Antonio tickets seller that offers discounted tickets that you can print at home or show on a mobile device so that you can head straight to the gate without the need to redeem a ticket voucher. (Though you do need to pick up the All-Day Dining wristband when you arrive at the park.)

aRes Travel charges a $2 convenience fee per ticket but you may still come out ahead because the discounts are steep.

3. Go San Antonio Card

If you plan to visit attractions outside of SeaWorld San Antonio, take a look at the popular Go San Antonio sightseeing pass. Over 25 top attractions participate, including SeaWorld San Antonio, San Antonio Zoo, and Six Flags Fiesta Texas.

With the Explorer Pass, you can visit 2, 3, 4, or 5 attractions over the course of 60 days.

We personally use Go City passes worldwide, and I highly recommend them.

4. SeaWorld San Antonio Fun Card -Unlimited Visits Through the Year

Temporarily not available SeaWorld San Antonio FUN Card includes unlimited visits through 2021. Check for limited blockout dates before purchasing, as there is a handful throughout the year.

It also doesn’t provide parking and dining discounts, but it’s a great deal seeing that it’s nearly the same price as a Single-Day ticket. (Price: $79.99/ages 3+)

There is also a 2-Park option, which includes unlimited admission to Aquatica San Antonio as well. (Price: $89.99/ages 3+)

5. SeaWorld San Antonio + Aquatica San Antonio Annual Passes

The whole family can enjoy water rides and thrilling rides.

For a bit more than the Fun Card, an Annual Pass can add more value.

SeaWorld + Aquatica pass (2 parks)

This pass offers unlimited visits from now until 2024, with no blackout dates. It includes complimentary general parking and provides up to a 5% discount on in-park purchases. It’s a comprehensive package valued at approximately $975 for those looking to enjoy the park without limitations. (Full Price: $129.99/person)

SeaWorld + Aquatica Silver Pass (2 Parks)

These annual passes include unlimited admission for 12 months with no blackout dates to both SeaWorld San Antonio AND Aquatica. The Silver Pass also includes admission to some popular annual events, like the Halloween Spooktacular and Christmas Celebration, 2 free guest tickets and free general parking. (Full Price: $149.99/person)

SeaWorld + Aquatica Gold Pass (2 Parks)

The Gold Annual Pass includes unlimited admission for 12 months with no blockout dates to Sea World San Antonio AND Aquatica. It also includes admission to some popular annual events, like the Halloween Spooktacular and Christmas Celebration, free General Parking, four free Friend Tickets, and 15% off dining. AAA SeaWorld San Antonio tickets come at a slight discount to members throughout the year. Members also receive some in-park discounts on food, for example. Compare prices to a discounted ticket seller like aRes Travel above first before you buy, as AAA prices can often be higher.

8. Military Discounts

The park offers complimentary admission to either Aquatica San Antonio®, SeaWorld®, Busch Gardens® or Sesame Place® for active duty military and up to three direct dependents through the Waves of Honor program.

In addition, SeaWorld offers 2024 Military Passes to veterans and active-duty military personnel. This pass grants unlimited visits to SeaWorld, the water park, and general parking until January 5, 2025. You can also upgrade to include Aquatica San Antonio.

Waves of Honor also offers the same discounts for veterans, such as six tickets for 50% off!
