There’s something for every traveler in Mexico, whether you’re dreaming of soaking up the sun, snorkeling with tropical fish, immersing yourself in history or enjoying a private tequila tasting. That said, different destinations in Mexico definitely offer travelers different types of experiences.
We have people who choose Cancun and Riviera Maya because of easy East Coast flights, while our West Coast clients often choose Punta Mita and Cabo (which includes both Cabo San Lucas and San Jose Del Cabo as well as the 20-mile stretch of resort corridor between the two). They’re looking for resorts right on or close to the beach, and all of these areas have plenty of them.
So many attractions and restaurants are child-friendly because family is such an important part of Mexican culture. There are all-inclusive resorts that go above and beyond to make sure kids have as much fun as their grownups, as well as luxe hideaways. Choosing which island to visit is often the hardest part. Sometimes, people choose solely on flight availability. When visiting the Caribbean with kids, families tend to choose islands with animal interactions like Grand Cayman or Bahamas (swimming pigs and Atlantis, perhaps). And for others, it’s the bucket list resort that draws them in or an island they’ve never been to.
Whatever the case, rest assured that there’s a long list of resorts and Caribbean islands where you can book using our VIP amenities. Don’t plan a Caribbean vacation without checking them out.
